Search popular topics

What it does

Returns a paginated batch of posts matching a keyword, along with Instagram’s generated description of the topic and related sub-topics as links. Not an exact-topic lookup — coverage varies by keyword: some return posts, a description, and related terms, others return only some of these, or none. Instagram always returns a fixed batch of 12 posts per page.

`projection_preset`	`string`	No	Defaults to `minimal`. Allowed values: `full`, `minimal`, `identity`, `engagement`, `content`.

`item_fields`	`string[]`	No	Adds keys from `data.orderedItems[]` on top of the selected `projection_preset`.
